Have been off LL for a fair while, just reinstalled 6.2, and I have a voice giving notifications every time I click on anything.

How do I turn it off.

Try this:-
Click Menu
Click Settings - scroll down
Click Session and Startup

Select 'Application Autostart' tab - scroll down and de-select 'Orca Screen Reader'
Close the Session and Startup window
Restart
