I want to run a small Windows application in my little mini laptop. I have Linux Lite 3.8 installed.
How do I install Wine in this operating system?
Or first of all, is it possible?

Hello Jim. Using an unsupported operating system is dangerous if you intend to go online. If you're offline, you're system is still vulnerable to physical attack where the odds are slightly lower.
