This is what I have in my notes to work on next:

1- Lite Tweaks (move to pkexec)
2- Review Lite Upgrade code to set defaults in /etc/skel for all accounts so that changes made by default doesn't apply to the current admin only but also to new accounts.
  - Enhancement: At a later time we need to also look at Lite Upgrade execution so that currently active accounts other than ADMIN are also updated accordingly. For example, WINSNAP and others are currently applying to the ADMIN account and to / etc /skel/ for new accounts, but in systems where there are multiple accounts already other than the ADMIN account these settings are not applying. E.g.: I have 2 accounts in my system ralphy(admin) and yaima (regular user) - Lite upgrade sets defaults for ralphy and / etc/ skel but for the current user account (yaima) these defaults are not being applied. I'm sure you get the idea.

3- Icons: We need to work something out with Karl. Our applications have their own icon outside the default apps folder. So, we may not really need more than 1 scalable icon after all. Meaning that Karl may only need to create 1 SCALABLE icon to cover all needs. I think this will work for us and offload some extra work on Karl's side. Our apps icons only need to show on Desktop, Menu and Taskbar and with an scalable icon these three are covered (unless I'm missing something).

3 - Once Karl has finished, I'm going to add a folder to the Lite Themes package called /usr/share/icons/liteicons where all of the new icons will reside. ofc we will have to update all our code/apps to point to the new path & icons.
