Hi Jerry,
I have committed to master an update for Disable Auto Login. Here is its functionality at a glance:
1- Simplified and informative gksu prompt

2- An additional check to verify whether continuing with Disable Auto Login should take place or not. Here is the idea; if users launch Disable Auto Login while Auto Login is already disabled, they will be asked if they would like to launch Enable Auto Login instead. This prevents the user from having to exit out Disable Auto Login and manually launching Enable Auto Login, plus having to enter their password all over again.

- Clicking No in the dialog above, exits out the application because Disable Auto Login doesn't need to run unless Auto Login has been enabled.
- Clicking Yes will launch Enable Auto Login with privileges already plus exit out Disable Auto Login.
3- When Disable Auto Login check verifies that Auto Login is enabled, it will proceed as usual to allow the user to disable Auto Login:

The above notification has a 3 seconds timeout. After a total of 4 seconds, since this is not an error that requires attention, the notification closes out.
Notes
I did not add this check to Enable Auto Login because I don't believe it has the same effect for End users in PCs with multi-users. Your input is appreciated.
Another app who gets some polishing. Cheers!

Sorry for seeming stupid and preferring Linux - I just don't know any better.
