Nice indeed :)  I like its in Lite Welcome, one of the 1st things to set at install :)
Will it be referenced in Tweaks or other Lite Tool as well? Thinking of where globally - after say they check don't show Lite Welcome where to find..  FWIW I still see Lite Welcome after boots/log outs.. LOL

What about an option to install software?  When users click on it Lite Software is launched, so they can install additional apps/tools.

Without each others help there ain't no hope for us :)

Just thinking... How about after install the "install" button become the "Lite Toolbox" button... Which could open the "Control Panel" where MANY if not all Lite XXXX  tools live.

I know the CP resides on the desktop and within the Menu and I dont think its name should be changed - I like Control Panel.
Maybe a play on words... Lite Toolbox (Control Panel)...

BUT then again I dont want to see Lite Welcome become too cluttered as well...
hhhmmmmm

What I do know...

Control Panel is a good suggestion, but then we'd have a lop-sided interface. If someone can think of another absolutely essential link to balance things out, I'll certainly consider it. You have to put yourself in the shoes of a very first time user. What do they need access to straight away?
