Updates dpkg --configure -a

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
How dp you run it, .
what ever this is its stopping updates etc..

Hello madmike111,
it asks you to open your terminal, and type in to it this -

Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

Press the enter key and follow the instructions or prompts it gives.

that appears to have fixed issue.  only about 5 hours trying to find the info.  thanks again :)

I had to recorrect the commands given, and move the thread to a Support section, just did it now.

I copied the command as supplied, but I accept I made a mistake as I still should have checked first, and am grateful for you correcting it.
