please help...i don't know what password and username to put there... and is on a black screen tha login thing...its just text that tells me to login

We would need to know more about how you got into this scenario.  Have you not created a username or password?  Have you already installed Linux Lite or are you in the process of trying to install it?  We have a good forum of people who want to help, but you have to give more details in order to get the right help.
