What the OP did not mention is what a glowing review this is...
Frankly I think it's one of the most positive I've read on Distrowatch and ending it with the following lines confirms that it"s a rare occasion indeed :D :

Yes, to have the Reviewer himself recommend our OS personally to friends when he has 100's of OS's to choose from, what can I say :)
