In Task Manager, clicking any of the column headers (PID, RSS, UID, CPU) to sort values high-to-low or vice-versa will change the sort order of the 'Task' on the right side of the panel, but it is not sorting correctly based on the desired column.
For example, clicking on 'CPU' header results in the tasks with highest CPU usage to be mixed among the tasks with 0% CPU usage.
Is there a fix for this?
Thanks

Hello maciaccio,
at the top of Task Manager, click the second drop down arrow from the left, and tick the box "Priority"
To move the columns, click the second icon (sliders icon) and tick "show processes as tree", the column are then sortable by click and drag.

While that sounds familiar, as in I think I have seen that setting somewhere, I do not see that setting in the drop downs in Task Manager.
I see in 1st drop down: Run Program; App Finder; Terminal Emulator
I see in 2nd drop down: Show All Processes; Refresh Rate, and check boxes for the available categories.
Thanks

Okay, thanks for drawing me a picture...literally. ;)
I had "show as tree" selected. Un-selecting tree view allows the proper sorting. Not a a big deal.
Thanks again
