Clicking Menu > Logout does not bring up the Logout/Shutdown/Restart menu anymore but causes the screen to go black. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Perhaps it's a temporary glitch. Can you open a terminal and type in sudo reboot? If you can reboot this way and the logout options begin to work again, I would suggest you open Systemback and create a restore point for the future.

I was able to reboot from terminal as you suggested. I will try the Logout button again to see if the shutdown/restart dialog comes up and let you know. Not sure how to open Systemback to create a restore point though.

I tried clicking the Menu > Logout button again and got the same result, the screen goes black. Any other ideas? Thanks.
