I was not sure where to report this but it seems I have received a message intended for another member of the forum. I will leave the message in my inbox should the development team need to view it.

Have you responded to the sender? Sounds like they sent to wrong person.

I am going to assume this was user error, I have forwarded the message and responded to the sender, informing them of the mistake.
