Yes, navigating the forum seems very responsive, very quick load times -- from here in the US, west coast.

A huge improvement that I've noticed on the new server is that if I get an email notification that someone mentioned me in a forum post, I can navigate successfully from the email to the forum post. In the previous version if I clicked on the email link, I'd get a notice saying I didn't have permission to view the post. So I'd instead have to laboriously go to the home page of forum and try to remember where I needed to go from there.

This is a HUGE improvement that we can click through on email notifications now. Thanks!

Something that has always bothered me, has now been adjusted. The Hardware Database page now loads much quicker. It does not need to load the entire database on the page. It now works more as it is expected to, as a Search page. https://dfgkh547-jsdfv8.iyhkj.tk/hardware.php This will free up database services on the new web server too.

I also to want to say thank you for those who have donated in the last few days. Our annual web costs have gone from:

Old Shared Web Server + Repo
$428 per annum

to:

New Dedicated Web Server + Repo
$968 per annum

This excludes paying web developers to assist with code which adds another $700 - $1000 per year to existing Web Server costs.
If you can't afford to donate, that's perfectly ok too, just leave ads on for our site and Forums if you don't mind. Every little bit helps.
