I think the problem is that you have both casper and lupin-casper packages installed.
From what I understand, Ubuntu removed lupin-casper from version 22.04 and it is not in the jammy repository.
A clean install of LL 6.x shouldn't include lupin-casper.
When did this problem start ?
Can you tie the start of the problem to a specific event or has it always been an issue since install ?
