Try the following:

Open your /etc/default/grub as Administrator.

Change:

Code:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

to:

Code:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0"

Open a Terminal and do:

Code:
sudo update-grub

Reboot.
