In the past, I have installed the Lubuntu Software Manager with Linux Lite, and I included it when I installed Linux Lite for others. But Linux Lite includes everything those users will use; if not, Lite Software will do the trick for them. And for me, I now have enough knowledge of the software I need, so I use Synaptic Package Manager or the terminal to do a quick installation.
