i can not install viber on linux lite 4.2 64 bit

no i am not  remember install OBS at all and i dont use it but if i uninstall it via

sudo apt-get remove OBS

<<or somthing like that>>
and then i remove the opensuse repo
then finaly my update will fix ?

but i dont remember to have that problem before i install viber.deb and thats strange  ???

i try that ?
