		AMD graphics (Radeon) is not being supported by AMD for Linux and hence not by Ubuntu et al for their distributions, you can use the default AMD-GPU Mesa option, it would get installed by default
Or add an Nvidia card, since AMD later processor the A series include their graphics along with the CPU
In my case I prefer AMD cpus or the combo AMD A -series, and I would probably add an Nvidia card, since the cost and power differential initially favors AMD
