Install:

Code:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install linux-headers-linuxlite-3.13.0 linux-image-linuxlite-3.13.0 -y

Reboot, choose 3.13 from Grub and boot.

Remove old kernel:

Menu, System, Lite Tweaks, Kernel Removal.
