On my IBM T23 with a P3 cpu and 1 gig of ram.
I install DosBox.
I download and unzip these in a directory/folder I name games
After I unzip the game. My default run action for the .exe in the game is dosbox. I set that manually.

That is how I roll on low spec gear. Like a 15 year old laptop.
