Hello bitsnpcs. Great colours.
If You don't want to see [Workspace1 Workspace2] just remove it from panel.Then right click on panel->add new items->window menu.You will see new icon on Your panel.Left click on it and You can choose workspace.
Icon is changing equivalent to top window.

Thank You for the tutorial , I have followed it and swapped the screenshot above to show it, I moved the new icon for Workspaces next to the time & date.
I used Gimp's color picker on the heart to use for the text color.
