If you choose color to alpha it does crazy thing to the image. I fixed the image but when i put it on imgur it converts it to a jpg.

Very nice, sysdrum. That's pretty darn close to what I was after.
How much do you need it adjusted? Do you need it more transparent? I did most of the removal by hand.
