heres my install updates error log:
E: Malformed entry 33 in list file /etc/apt/sources.list (absolute Suite Component)
E: The list of sources could not be read.

need help

What changed between the last successful update/upgrade and the current state ?

In the meantime we can have a look at your configured repositories.
Please open a terminal by pressing 'Ctrl', 'Alt' and 'T' and type/paste in the following commands.
Followed each command with 'Enter'.
Post the results back to the forum.
